10 Things Most Are Blind To Until Later In Life
Unfortunately, some things are learned to late in life.
I’ve read so much on don’t live life on regrets, which I can understand to a certain extent. I think it’s human nature to have regrets but not wallow in the misery of your regrets.
I had no idea what I was doing. I wish I had sought more self-awareness earlier in life, but it wasn’t in the cards. I was too busy chasing distractions and living a life of complete instant gratification.
I made many choices in my 30s that have drastically changed how my life would be today had I made a different choice. But that’s how we learn, right? And sometimes, I think a lesson can be learned too late in life.
But with each day my feet hit the floor, I have another chance to do the best I can with what days I have left.
Below is a list I wish I had considered more in life at a younger age.
- Health: I see it with my nephews. The #1 cause of death still holds, Heart Disease. Most people eat what they want very early in life. You can use food as medicine early on or medicine as food as you age — your choice.
