We are living in a world that many thought never existed. We are being divided at an alarming rate while attacking one another, but we are attacking the wrong person. Hate, fear, drama, and escape are encouraged; the more hatred and fear we have for one another, the better.

The world has a long road ahead of itself. It could be this is the breakdown we need to rebuild, or it could be the destruction we never rebound from.

The choice is collectively ours, but we are too busy fighting the distractions causing the detour.

  • Feelings: Learn to express them healthily. Suppressing them will do nothing but lead to an explosion later. Cry, it is healthy!
  • Remove toxic people from your life: Doing this frees up a lot of energy. Being in a manipulative, toxic relationship can take years to sort through the emotional aftermath.
  • Reacting vs. Responding: Learn to respond to situations and not react. You can’t control what the other person says or does, but you can control how you respond.
