A Unique View on The Internal Suffering of a Covert Narcissists
Contrary to what most believe, I think they do suffer.
It’s a level of suffering that the average human mind can’t comprehend. If you step back from all the abuse, lies, manipulation, cheating, etc., and really look at them as a human, you will see the suffering. They are a chameleon to the demons that torment their minds.
Could you imagine attracting some of the most caring people in the world, and each time you say it’s going to be different, you fuck it up? Your mind is so twisted that every new relationship you try and develop ends in the same dramatic fashion.
After they mess it up, they create a delusional story in their minds that you are the problem, not them. Can you imagine doing some of the meanest things to someone, then actually believing they are the problem after reacting to your abuse?
Can you imagine a life so full of lies you lose touch with reality because you have no idea what truth is?
Can you imagine going around living a life that appears normal and fantastic to the outside world, but on the inside, you are a fucking disaster? You purposely surround yourself with shallow friendships to keep those away from the secret you live.
