Be Careful if You “Identify” Yourself by Your Thoughts
Paying more attention to your actions is the better choice.
Thoughts are nothing but just that, thoughts. It’s when you become your thoughts is when shit really hits the fan.
I read we are our actions, not our thoughts. At times it’s easier to be my thoughts than actions, and often times my actions trump my thoughts.
You can’t see your mind, nor can you see your thoughts, but we feel them. Feeling shit is where I get into trouble. I’m better at seeing, than feeling. Feelings aren’t my friend because I don’t know how to handle them at times, especially when they come on intensely.
Intensity should be my middle name.
It’s why I was so attracted to a Narcissists. That intensity made my bells ring, and horn toot. But by the end of it nothing was ringing, or tooting.
Then it happened.
The mirror dropped in my lap and I looked down.
I didn’t like what I saw, and still don’t.
I hate reflections, and it has nothing to do with your mind.
Why you ask?
Because it’s nothing but a thought.
