Being active is a game changer for weight loss! I too struggled with my weight. I’m about average now. I’m 6’ 230. I was 300lbs.
15–20,000 steps a day is A LOT! At that pace you will drop a pound every other day!
Hardest part as starting a healthy habit, once you hit the 30 day mark it will be part of your routine, and you will want to do it. There will be days you don’t feel like it, and those are the days when you do, that make you stronger.
