Do Most Live Life to Their Fullest Potential? Are You?
Many think they are, but they couldn’t be further from it.
I think most never will unless a very horrific, life-changing circumstance or situation puts them in the position to really examine their life.
It could be relationships, near-death experiences, the death of someone close, addiction, etc.
But the mind quickly forgets the pain and begins frantically searching for relief after traumatic events. Sooner rather than later, the life-altering event is forgotten, and our mind sends us down the rabbit hole of miserable comfort in search of the softer, easier way of life.

Then you can get stuck in the mindset of the manipulative self-help industry. It programs the human mind to stay searching for the next book, next course, next article, and next cure-all to keep the person chasing the next quick fix when there isn’t one.
What is your full potential anyway?
