Do you feel like the toxic abuser after dating a Covert Narcissist?
Extended periods of gaslighting and projection will make you question your sanity as well as reality.
Depends on how long you were dating them. But their “mission” is almost complete. You are questioning your sanity and reality on par with what this abuse does to a person.
More than likely you have been gaslit and projected on so much, you lost sense of self. They have lied, cheated, manipulated and played victim so many times you finally snapped. Right?
I mean, really snap. Like blow your lid, psycho rant snap! The Covert in them will play right into that. They push you until you flip, most any human would. Then when you react, they use your reaction against you and then, here comes the guilt! They have no guilt for what they do, that’s why they push us to the brink of insanity. Their lack of remorse is sick.
Coverts are the most damaging form of narcissism in my opinion. Their ability to show emotions and act like they care are Award winning. They will have you doing exactly what you are doing now.
