How The Dave Chappelle Attack Shows Where we are Headed as a Society

If someone says something you don’t agree with, assault them.

Society and people never surprise me anymore.I am seeing more and more people that aren’t “wired” right.

I think this assault shows the mentality of the world we live in. Someone doesn’t like what someone says; they feel it’s acceptable to assault the person.

I drive Uber here in Cincinnati. The other day I picked up what I believed to be was a guy. He had a beard, chest hair and wore makeup with high heels and a dress. He, her, or they were not sure what I was supposed to call them without offending them, which bothers me.

I had a nice conversation with them but the whole time I was nervous I would say something that offends them.

It doesn’t take much to get reported to Uber and they never take the drivers stance, they deactivate quickly.

I believe you should be free to dress and express yourself how you want, but when you are a bit that far off from what we deem normal by society standards, you best have some thick skin.

Chappeele was called out recently on his transgender jokes.
