When I first heard of this case, I wrote it off as more celebrity drama. I put Depp as the drunken abuser and his wife, Amber the innocent victim.

Then I started seeing memes and even read an article on Medium about how Johnny was no saint in the marriage either. I kept digging and what I found was Johnny is experiencing what many do in the world of dating a Narcissist, but his experience is put on a grand scale. The whole world is hearing about it and passing judgment.

Is Johnny Depp some saint that goes around blessing all the fortunate people to encounter him? Of course not. Is he a guy with his own…
