I accepted I will never understand it. They are just wired different. Nothing more to it. They will never think like a normal rational brain. They do believe most of what they say. And they do believe they are the one being abused while all their abuse is brushed under the rug and forgotten. Then, when your reactions to their abuse that is "forgotten" come into play, you are the abuser.
