I get it. I can relate.

…ncts. I’m learning that I do not have to seek and sort out all of the truths because I know enough. The greatest light can come from knowing that we just have to put it down, walk away, never look back, and with all of the strength we can muster move forward one step at a time… even if it’s baby steps. It starts with one single decision: no contact.
