I’ve been an Uber driver in Cincinnati, Ohio close to 10 years now. I have seen many highs and lows in the ride-share industry. I’m still at a loss for words for the “uber-logic” of the company.
It seems all companies with great potential end up screwing up somewhere along the line and forgetting why their company exists in the first place, the customers and drivers.I will not address the negatives in this article on how poorly managed Uber is, but it will come to light sooner rather than later.
But what I do want to inform new riders, existing riders, and some drivers too. This information will be helpful to all and make your ride with Uber more enjoyable and problem-free.
