Sometimes you will never get the closure or label you need. Accept it was abusive and move on.

If you think about it, obsessively researching Narcissistic behavior can become very toxic and self-defeating. Most that write on Narcissism will never know if they dated a true Narcissist. I know there are those out there that have dated and even married a diagnosed Narcissist, but it is rare.

Most just date a true asshole that hurt them repeatedly and have to label the behavior with something to understand it.

Many have traits of Narcissism, but to be a full-blown Narcissist isn’t as common as you would think, I believe.

Although MANY exists, it’s hard to know definitely without a clinical diagnosis. They are all over in politics.

Many are hurt so badly by their partner they want answers to why? How could someone do such horrible things to another human they say they love?

Many people cheat, lie, manipulate, and they aren’t Narcissists but do have high traits or are just selfish or dealing with their own shit they choose to not address like 98% of the population.
