If they are in deflation mode, well, they will agree with you. They will agree they need help. They will cry and apologize for all their shitty behavior. Don’t get used to it!

The ability to be alone.
If you can figure that superpower out you will trump the narc. Actually, it will drive them fucking mad. Because all the chasing and obsessing will stop. You finally realize who they really are. And they will kick up the manipulation a notch too.
You no longer need them to boost your insecurities. You see them for who they are.
