One Action You Can Take to Make a Narcissist Lose Interest
The fear of losing them may be too great to do this one simple thing.
You call them out on every fucking bit of hell they put you through. And if they don’t listen the first or second time, you keep screaming your truth.
One thing you don’t do is back down. You keep spreading awareness about the hell these assholes bring to anyone they touch. You inform those just beginning this hell hole of a journey there is hope, but it’s fucking painful, and to prepare accordingly.
You stop believing their bullshit of apologies and accept you were “never” the “one.” You were nothing but “another” one in their sick fucking game to boost their ego and stroke their delusional narrative.
You are just like the others, a god damn number until something else “better” comes along. By “better,” I mean more clueless and haven’t had the chance to experience the wrath of their abuse “yet.”
You create a life you love and one they could only dream about.
If you do that, you will never hear from them again.
