Read This if You’re Hung Up on Your Appearance And What People Think

Most the time it doesn’t matter what people think.

Leave your appearance as is. Many times people judge how they look from internal trauma that has nothing to do with their looks, or what others “think.”

No matter what procedure you may choose to try and alter your appearance is a temporary fix. What you “think” others believe, won’t tame the beast within.

I know it’s hard as fuck, I’m right there with you, and I’m a male. It’s embarrassing. I don’t care what people tell me. It’s never said “right, said enough, or in the right tone” I have one belief and one belief only, and it’s a horrible one.

It’s hard to shut down the negative chatter in the mind and that of the outside world.

Negative chatter is consuming us.

It’s a process, not something that happens instantly.

Do things that make you feel good about yourself. Dress nice, if that’s your thing, stay well groomed, eat well, drink plenty of water, exercise etc.

One thing I’m learning is what I “think” others think about me is usually far from the truth. And if it is the truth, doesn’t matter. We aren’t as important as we think we are to most people in our life.

Even if you aren’t a 10 in the looks department, beauty fades my friend. But what doesn’t fade is the energy and vibe you give off to others. Treat people as you treat yourself and want to be treated.

If you are treating yourself poorly you will definitely attract those that believe you. And they will quickly follow your lead.

Work on taming the beast within and those worth being in your life will see behind appearance in what really matters. Character.

Easier said than done. I know.

Hang in there.
