So, What’s The Difference in Earnings Between Quora+ and Medium?
Don’t believe all the hype, but maybe I am missing something?
Quora+ was all the hype about 9 months ago. Prominent writers were anticipating significant earnings! Finally, the Goliath of the question and answer world was paying writers for their content.
It was long overdue as other writing platforms began to pop up, paying writers for what they gave Quora for free. Without writers, Quora would be dead in the water. So Quora took the plunge, and Quora+ was born.
I wasn’t sure what to expect
I started on Quora back in 2018. I didn’t write, though; I asked a lot of questions. I was trying to sort out a toxic relationship and myself for the most part. I got some great feedback and helpful answers to what I was struggling with. Then one day, I decided to answer a question in late 2019 that went viral. It quickly gained thousands of likes, shares, and comments, and views topped over 2 million. From that point on, I have gained over 22K followers too.
Since that article, I have had many of what would be “deemed” viral, gathering millions of views, but do they earn any money?
