Social media wasn’t built on authenticity. It was built for those to escape and love a life through another’s lens.

Everyone always shows they happy family vacations, graduations, photos of their kids. But no one shows the hell behind many of the images. All the fake smiles, the pictures they are forcing their kids to take to portray a happy home life.

I get it. There are some healthy families out there, but there aren’t many.

Social media changed the world, and not in a good way.
