Sounds like mixed messages in your article. One where you do have a dependence (sleep issues and wanting the buzz) to only have 2-3 drinks inbthe weekends.
I know when I started questioning I’d I had a problem with alcohol, I knew I had a problem.
It’s progressive. If there is a problem drinking won’t solve it, it will get worse over time. There is no way around it, I know, I experienced it.
