This is what makes me question the narcissist label of my ex. I’m not sure she wanted control with the silent treatment. I believe it is some form of trauma response for her. But she would disappear and run off with other men. Lol

Never did she just shut down and be alone. She always had to have someone else to run to. She could so easily shut me out and pick up another relationship at the blink of an eye. Still baffles me.

I would never be able to get in an argument with her then ignore her and run off on a date with someone else. I wouldn’t ignore her.

It’s just exhausting.
