The Strong Correlation Between Anger and Depression

Based on my experience anger can play a huge part in depression.

I think the main culprit in creating depression is anger.

Anger is an emotion that serves very little purpose but, it’s a normal reaction to abuse.

Anger is healthy when used properly.

Many hold on to built up anger they are unaware of. Hell, if you do have anger you might know it but don’t know how to process it.

Processing Anger

Anger not only causes depression, but it will cause health issues too. Many don’t know how to get angry, or they are embarrassed with anger. Expressing and processing anger in a healthy environment is the only way to break free from it.

I believe to process it you need to be in a safe environment and really let lose. Putting focus on things, or people that have made you angry. Then create a safe environment for yourself and, get fucking angry. Get angry with that person as if they were sitting right in front of you. Let that fucker know how you feel, hold nothing back.
