The Truth About How to Stop Worrying and Start Living

That’s the issue, and there will always be some form of worry in life. The key is to surround yourself with an energy that limits that worry and not create or accept circumstances that bring needless worry.
- Relationships: Don’t date someone that makes you question your sanity or worth. If you take that out of your daily thoughts, your worrying will drastically decrease. Only allow good people in your life and quickly eliminate those who show you who they are and disrespect you.
- Goals: Set small goals, easily attainable ones. Simple things, don’t overthink them. Things usually sit on the back of your “radar” that you typically suppress. Tackle that shit. Smaller goals can lead to more meaningful, rewarding goals in the future.
- Health: Eat healthily and quit drinking. Drinking will cause a lot of unnecessary worry and anxiety; trust me, I know. I’ve lived that life, and I’m turning over a new leaf. A healthy mind and body develop healthy thoughts and actions.
- Finances: Budget accordingly. Be aware of your spending habits. Don’t blow money on frivolous shit, but don’t skimp on life either.
