These types of relationships aren’t for the faint of heart. They will have you questioning your sanity and existence. It will drive you completely insane while you act in ways that can’t be explained. You will go back but the past abuse, which most likely was horrific is triggered and you blow your lid in reactions. It’s impossible to control while you’re around this person.

With each contact you lose a little more of your soul as you desperately try and salvage a relationship from someone that sickens you. Trauma bond is real, and very difficult to break unfortunately.
