This is why yoga has left such a bad taste in my mouth. My ex would preach Yoga and spirituality but she did NOT live the yamas. Actually she was complete opposite. I hate that I now have this judgment. Maybe as more time passes I won’t feel this way. There are bad people in every where. She’s not the only one like her and won’t be the last.

No reason to let one bad apple ruin a good thing. I’m more aware now too
