What The Dating World Looks Like After Narcissists Abuse
I pick 3 and here is why.
I’ve never been much of the dating type. My first girlfriend at 20 years old ended up being my wife and partner until 37 years old. I was the shy, insecure guy in High School. When I graduated, I started working out, walked on a Division 1 football team, and continued chasing distraction after distraction for the next several years. The distractions involved disordered women, binge drinking and eating, and changing my major no less than five times!
It wasn’t until recently I asked myself, “what was wrong with me?” I always wanted to blame the three girls I chose, but the main problem was, I PICKED them! It was undeniable to see they had issues, but I used their issues to mask mine.
I began to dabble in the dating world, and I even went to the extent to sign up for Bumble, and what a treat that was! I’ve never met more distant, inconsistent, ghosting women in my life! None of them want to meet; they want to have digital conversations and never actually meet in person. We are 40+ years old ladies; these are the games people play in their late teens early 20’s not our age.
With the little dating I have done and watched my friends, that are now divorced, I realized there are three types of people out there, and here ya go! I am going…
