Does a abusive person in your life have you questioning if you are the narcissist?

Here is how you “know” you aren’t the Narcissist.

1. Research: Do you exhaust yourself with studying the disorder?

2. Awake: Are you laying awake at night trying to understand what the hell is going on?

3. Triggers: Are there names, places and smells that can almost make you feel you are going to have a panic attack?

4. Reacting: Are you unable to control your reaction to the slightest disagreements because you are triggered.

5. Truth: Are you constantly questioning if this person is telling the truth. And if you catch them in a lie, they gaslight and project to some how make it about you?

6. Confusion: Are you constantly replaying every damn event over and over and over in your mind only to be confused and can’t remember what the hell you were upset with? Then days later, have a flashback of that particular event and lose it?

7. YouTube: Do you spend countless hours watching videos trying to figure out if you’re going insane, or what it is?

8. Convincing: Is the person so persuasive in their explanations you want to believe them, but your gut is screaming NO!?

9. Finally: If you are asking if your are Narcissist, you’re more than likely not, but you might be dating one.
