What Are Some Life-Changing Everyday Habits?
Small habits can lead to big life-changes
This won’t be a popular answer, but it’s an honest one. Many struggles with healthy habits.
Many preach a life of purity, great relationships, happy home life, and health, but it’s all a facade.
We live in a society of judgement, and most have no opinion of their own other than what is accepted by society, family, or friends.
Many live a life of fear. They are afraid to chase their passion, afraid to leave that relationship, afraid to leave that shitty job, afraid to take a risk, all in fear of uncertainty and miserable comfort.
I’m a work in progress, and at times, I take more steps back than I do forward at times. Then I will spend weeks and months playing catch up to get back to “even.” It’s a painful game of cat and mouse.
So, over the last three years, these are the life-changing habits I’ve set and work towards each day. Am I perfect? No, but change is gradual, and as long as I keep progressing in the right direction, change is inevitable.
With the habits below, I am slowly shifting my mindset, but my demons are still at battle with me. I’m getting there.
