You’ve probably been doing precisely the opposite of everyone’s advice you ask and what you read. I get it; it’s still new to you.

If you aren’t contacting them, you very well might as well.

You are stalking their social, checking excessively for emails and texts from them in blocked folders. Might even be on the brink of losing your job. You have little time for anything else but the thought of them, right?

How could you be so good to someone, and they just “disappear?” How the hell can you have such a connection, and they up and left and went to someone else?

I mean, how the fuck does what seemed like a fantastic relationship flip so damn quickly?

Why in Sam Fuck didn’t you listen to your gut in the beginning and run for the damn hills when the stories weren’t adding up?

The bottom line is it won’t be easy for a while. So getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is all I can say. It’s said the average time of going back is 7, which I think is bullshit. If they have their claws in deep, you’re looking at 20–30x, especially if you are suffering from a different Personality Disorder(PD)…
