What happens when you break no contact with the Narcissist?

The agonizing thought of starting no contact again, from day one will seem impossible.

It’s agonizing.

Shortly after the email, text, or phone call, you realize, YET again, this person didn’t give a shit about you.

The self-doubt and shame set in.

All the hard work you put into yourself and others is flushed down the toilet.

You begin to question your sanity and direction again.

You may even start to blame yourself again, just as before.

You will go over and over in your head of “why?”

Am I right? Is that how you feel?

They don’t fucking care.

Please believe that.

If they did, they would have never lied, cheated, nor manipulated you.

And even then, if they cared, they would be the one that broke no contact, not you.

Build your self-respect back. It’s a process that isn’t easy. Baby steps.

Quit chasing abuse and chase self respect.
