What Is an Example of Something Most People Don’t Know?

A simple cup of tea has more meaning than you think.

I walked into Starbucks, grabbed my tea, and walked to my car.

I generally had to wait at this particular Starbucks, but they weren’t as busy and had my tea ready when I arrived.

I grab my tea, thank the Barista and head out to my car.

I sat down, started my car, turned on my Bluetooth for music, and was ready to head to the gym.

I take a sip of my tea, Yuck! It has sweetener. Shit, I have to go back in and look like a “Karen” complaining my tea wasn’t prepared properly. What will this person think of me?

I muster the courage to go in and tell the Barista, “I think they put sweetener in my tea.” I get to the counter nervous and stutter the words, “excuse me, I think there is sweetener in my tea.”

Damn it; I looked like a moron, I thought. I stuttered over my words. She’s probably thinking, “what an idiot this guy is.”

She smiles and says, “sure, sorry about that. Let me make you a new one.” She takes my cup and whisks away.
