What We Can Learn About a Person’s Personality by Observing Them

You will learn far more than you want to if you are paying attention.

If you are anything like me, you question yourself a lot. I have become more aware over the last 2–3 years the effects my childhood trauma has on my relationships and life in general.

Listed below are observations I have made over the years. Some of the lists are from personal issues, and some are experiences I’ve had in different relationships.

There is a wealth of knowledge and awareness in others’ actions and how you handle life as a whole.

  1. Watch their actions: When a person shows you their actions are running in a different direction than their mouth. They aren’t honest. We all do it at times, but you have your answer if a loved one consistently promises the moon but delivers hell. Same with employers, family, and friends.
  2. Treatment of others: How do they treat those less fortunate. You know, the homeless, waitstaff, fast food or other workers. Do they give them the same respect as they do of those they feel superior to? Regardless of race, socioeconomic status, physical abilities, or appearance, we all have something to offer this world.
