What’s it Like Dating a Narcissist?

It will be the most emotionally draining and painful experience of your life
I still question what exactly my last relationship was. It’s safe to say there were definitely strong traits of Narcissism, and something was off, very off.
So, what is it like?
- Anxiety: Constant state of anxiety. You always wonder who they are talking to when they disappear and who they are choosing next over you.
- Enough: You never quite feel like enough. They always make you feel like there are better options.
- Confusion: For the most part, you will be in a constant state of confusion, questioning your sanity. They tell you one thing, and their actions say another.
- Gaslighting: You know what you saw. You know who they were with. But they are so god damn convincing you question your own reality.
- Silent Treatment: Be prepared for the Houdini act. If you have a trigger from past abuse, they will disappear or not respond. And if they do respond, it will be at their convenience with a short one to two-word answers.
- Delusion: Be ready to believe in it. If you don’t, you will be told you’re unsupportive and abusive.
- Emotions: If you have a moment from past cheating and lies, don’t check your feelings in time…
