When A Narcissist Doesn’t Hoover That’s a Good Thing and, Here’s Why
You did something right when you ran the Narcissists off.
If you’re new to the narcissistic game, I’m about to say what you don’t want to hear. You most likely ran them off for good. It doesn’t feel good right now, but it will in due time.
You did a good job.
You spoke the truth with such precision they can no longer overlook the reality of the situation. You have become too difficult for them to handle. You are the abuser now, and they are out spreading that lie. Remember that abusive ex they told you about? You are now that abusive ex.
I know you want them to at least act like you meant something, but you didn’t. You were nothing but a number to them.
You no longer believe all their delusion and manipulation; you see the person, not the image. A narcissist fears that.
Don’t be broken when you see them with someone else in the next week or so, or hell, within the hour. It’s what they do. We are left picking up the pieces while they don’t skip a beat with a new fuck buddy.
