You deserve better, you need to tell yourself that. Start taking actions for YOU to make you feel better about yourself even if you don’t feel it at the moment.

You have to do something different. I know it’s hard. No one could tell me anything. I’d have bouts of when I thought I knew what I was doing, only to fall back in the cycle.

Break the cycle. You can do it and in reality, you’re the only one who can.
