Which is More Powerful; Hate or Love?
Sometimes the anger says “you” mattered too.
I’d say hate. Some forms of hate are compelling, but they are the kind of hate most know.
It’s easy to love someone, isn’t it?
Before too long, you are in this fairy tale romance you never dreamed of because fairy tales of this magnitude don’t exist. People can lie and dupe you into a relationship you didn’t know you were signing up for. Brutal shit.
Hating them is a different story.
But once you hate them, there is nothing more powerful. You will know when you get there because you will never let this person hurt you again. You might “relive” their hurt for some time, but you will never let them back in.
There is nothing more powerful than that. And once that sets in, they and you will know. That’s not hate; that is awareness to what is really going on in the relationship.
Once this happens, they will contact you for the final time. Because they won’t reach out to you again. They will see you are a changed person, one to not be fucked with.
There’s power in hate we all have to accept at times; if we don’t, we keep giving the false sense of power to love that never existed.
