They write the script long before the break-up. Little did you know you were the talk of the town while the “set up” was planned long before you knew.
I’ve been called a Covert Narcissist, Borderline, crazy, insane, controlling, bipolar, etc. When a Narcissist says they don’t talk about your relationship to anyone, that’s a lie. They have to start portraying the image of the victim before their narrative falls apart.
The narcissist knows the relationship won’t last. None of them do with these toxic assholes. They have the “excuses” ready when the time comes for a calling. And the excuses have nothing to do with them and everything to do with you.
You are the problem from the get-go.
You are the crazy one.
You are the one with unrealistic expectations.
You are so god damn needy and clingy.
You are the one that has past trauma you need to work on, not them.
You are so emotionally and verbally…
